Fees

The fee for an individual counseling session is $150. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards.  Additionally, many Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts can be used for payment for counseling visits.

We are currently accepting new clients with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield NC

• Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (the mental health provider for Wake Forest Baptist Health and Wake Forest University employees who have BCBSNC and Medcost) 

Not all providers are in-network with all plans. Please ensure that your individual provider is in-network with your specific insurance plan. You can find this information on your insurance company’s website.

For other insurance plans for which we are not in network, we are willing to provide you with the information necessary to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement

We are happy to verify benefits and bill your insurance as a courtesy. Nevertheless, you are solely responsible for knowing your benefits and the limits of your coverage, including deductibles.

If you miss or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will incur an automatic $150 charge for the session. Please note that this fee will not be covered by your insurance provider.
